+ WHERE IS THE CEREMONY?

Heather and Robert will be married in a small, intimate ceremony. Please join us at our wedding reception to celebrate!

+ WHERE IS THE RECEPTION TAKING PLACE?
4650 Red Rock Ranch Drive
Monument, CO 80132
GPS will get you most of the way. Just in case... take I-25 to the HWY 105 exit; head west towards the mountains. Continue on HWY 105; turn left onto Red Rock Ranch Drive. Follow the marked signs; the venue will be on the right.

Please note there is absolutely no smoking on the property.

+ WILL PARKING BE AVAILABLE?
Yes! You'll notice the driveway is long and steep. We ask that you carefully drop off guests using the fountain roundabout then park on the street. There will be a shuttle to make the trek up the driveway after parking.

+ WHAT TIME SHOULD WE BE THERE?
The venue will open and the driveway shuttle will begin at 5:45pm. The reception will start at 6:00pm and end at 10:00pm.

+ WHEN ARE RSVPs DUE?
Please RSVP by July 31, 2019 via our RSVP section on the website.

+ DO YOU HAVE A ROOM BLOCK?
No, we do not. However, there are several hotels and Airbnbs in the area.

+ IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite summer cocktail attire!

+ ANY OTHER SPECIAL ATTIRE NOTES?
Temperatures tend to dip a bit in the evening, and since the reception will be outside you might want to bring a jacket or sweater.

+ CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN?
We love ALL of your children, however we have decided to make this an adults-only celebration. We hope you understand!

+ CAN I BRING A DATE?
Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your invitation. Please feel free to e-mail us with any questions!

+ WILL THERE BE FOOD + DRINKS SERVED?
Oh yes there will! We will have appetizers, a full open bar, a food truck from Tocabe, and desserts! There will be gluten-free and vegetarian options.

+ WILL THERE BE ENTERTAINMENT?
Of course! While there will not be a traditional dance floor, you don't need one! There will be music, pretty lights, scenic views, yard games, such as cornhole and giant jenga!

+ WHERE ARE YOU REGISTERED AT?
Your presence at our wedding is gift enough. Seriously. But because you asked, please visit our registry page for all the details.

+ CAN I TAKE PICTURES AND POST ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
Absolutely! Take photos and post on whichever social media platform you prefer.

We also ask that you please share all of the wonderful photos & videos you've taken with us. To do so, download "The Guest" app on your phone and search HEATHERANDROBERT. The app is free and the process is easy. You can see everyone else's photos too!

There are tons of places to hike and enjoy the outdoors while you're in town!

A Few Hiking Tips:
+ Don't hike alone.
+ Always bring plenty of water and snacks.
+ Start your hike early and keep an eye on the sky -- afternoon storms are likely and move in quickly.
+ The altitude is REAL. Go slow and don't be afraid to turn around to avoid altitude sickness.
+ Make sure someone that's not in your hiking group knows where you are and when you start your hike.
+ Lock your car and make sure your keys aren't in it!
+ Manitou Springs Incline is recommended for those in physically fit shape. It's very steep and difficult.
